✨ Welcome to the Next Chapter: The Tipping Point of Living Aligned

May 13, 20265 min read

Okay… picture this.

It’s May 2026, and your mom has been in your ear for at least 10 years, telling you:

“You should start a blog…”

The conversation follows with me saying, “Oh, I don’t really have time for that, or I don’t really like to write that much…"

Her: “Well, [this] is really good, you should share it, and you’d be really good at it!”

Me: “Ok, mom.” (Insert my dramatic, eye roll)

So… did I eventually listen to that nagging whisper? 🤔

Apparently, yes. 😂

And, welp. Here I am.

Thanks, Mom. 🫶

And honestly? I’m not so sure why I’ve been resisting this for 10+ years. I guess this feels like the right time to give it a shot.

I’ve decided I’m moving away from just filling inboxes with little nuggets of insight wrapped up in a pretty package only to be lost to the abyss of unopened emails… and instead creating a space where everything can actually live together.

A place where you can come find what you need, when you need it.

So yes… Here I am, I’m blogging.

Again.

Kind of.

I’ve had blogs before, but they felt more like a collection of things:
YouTube videos, wellness tips, favorite Amazon finds, random thoughts…

And while there’s absolutely still room for all of that here (because let’s be honest—I’ll probably always share my favorite things and I don't do well feeling boxed in 😂)…

This feels different.

This feels more aligned.

Because the truth is…

I’m trying to live my own aligned life in a more aligned way too.

And I want this space to reflect that.

Not perfection.

Not polished all the time.

Just… real.

You’ll see the polished version of me sometimes.

You’ll also see the messy version.

The figuring-it-out version.

The deep thoughts.
The random thoughts.
The “this made me pause and rethink my life” thoughts.

I want you to see the real me.

The other day I told one of my friends I wasn’t exactly a “goody two shoes.”

She immediately laughed in my face and said: “Oh… FAR from it.”

😂😂😂

Honestly? Get yourself a friend like that.

But that’s the point.

I’m not here to pretend I have it all together.

I’m here to share:
🪷
what’s helping me grow
🧠 what’s making me think
🦄 what’s lighting me up
💪 what’s stretching me
💎 and what’s helping me become more myself

Because underneath all of this… something deeper has been shifting.

And that brings me to what I actually wanted to talk about today.

✨ The Tipping Point: Choosing Yourself & Living Aligned

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about tipping points. (Thank you, Malcom Gladwell.)

Those moments in life where something inside of you quietly says:

“It’s time.”

Not always in a loud or dramatic way.

Sometimes it’s a pull toward something bigger.
A knowing that you’re built for more.
A desire to level up, show up differently, or finally go after the thing sitting on your heart. 💖

And sometimes?

It’s the complete opposite.

Sometimes the tipping point is a pullback.
A slow down.
A moment where your soul is asking you to breathe, rest, simplify, and regroup.

Both require courage.

Both can feel uncomfortable.
Scary.
Uncertain.

But when you’re moving toward alignment—toward the next version of yourself—that discomfort feels different.

Still hard… but meaningful.

Because growth stretches you.

And whenever you stretch, doubt, anxiety, fear, and worry are usually not far behind.

That’s normal.

The important thing is to remember why you’re doing it.

And grabbing onto your support system along the way.

You know those memes where the girl is running full speed toward her best friend without even knowing what’s wrong yet… but she’s already all in to help?

That’s you.

You’re that person for other people.

And chances are… they’d be that person for you too.

But here’s the real question:

Are you that person for yourself?

Or are you your own best and worst critic at the same time?

Read that again.

Because I think so many women live there.

Encouraging everyone else.
Cheering everyone else on.
Giving grace to everyone else.

While quietly tearing themselves apart inside.

So let me ask you something honestly:

On a scale of 1–10… how hard are you on yourself?

I know where I stand sometimes. 😬

Over the last few weeks, you’ve probably noticed me quietly talking more openly about change, alignment, growth, and stepping into a new season.

And the truth is…

I’m at my own tipping point too.

The point where I know it’s time to stop playing small.

Time to fully show up for myself… so I can fully show up for others.

And what I know to be true is this:

This journey can be beautiful.
And exhausting.
Inspiring.
And uncomfortable.

But even on the hardest days…

You are still doing a good job.

We are often so quick to point out our flaws.

But when was the last time you celebrated yourself?

When was the last time you acknowledged:
✨ a small win
✨ a moment of growth
✨ a hard thing you made it through
✨ a decision that aligned with the woman you want to become

This is your reminder to do that.

Because this next season?

It’s different.

This is the era where you get to show up differently for yourself.

You get to set your own standards.
Your own pace.
Your own goals.

And you know what else?

You get to choose you.

You get to choose what you want.
You get to choose who you’re becoming.

You get to live aligned.

Every breath you take is another opportunity.

Another chance to:
🫶🏻 start over
🫶🏻 make it right
🫶🏻 say I’m sorry
🫶🏻 choose grace
🫶🏻 choose love
🫶🏻 choose yourself

So the real question is…

What are you going to choose?
